Lovely, comfortable and spacious cottage. The location is great for accessing all the wonderful walks in the High Peake District. Dog friendly and a good pub next door. The cottage is well equipped. Outdoor area very limited but this didn't concern us as the weather didn't really allow for sitting outside.

Cottage was lovely and cosy, except we stayed in November last week, and central heating was not sufficient to heat the cottage. Warmed up with log burner, but bedroom was cool at all times. Lovely cottage located next to the wonderful Beehive Pub. The cottage is spacious, comfortable and peaceful and a perfect base for exploring the Peak District. The Beehive pub is dog friendly and serves fantastic home cooked meals. It also has a well stocked shop for local produce.

We had a fantastic stay at the Beehive Cottage over the bank holiday weekend. We were amazed at the size of the property; the pictures make it look smaller than it is and as we were bringing our large GSD X puppy we were very pleased!
