We had a fabulous stay at Calendar Cottage to see in the New Year. The location is great, we walked in the area, a very unspoilt village and beyond. The cottage is beautifully furnished and fully equipped for a great holiday. The welcome box was the best we have had in a Peak cottage (and weve stayed in lots over the past 18 months). A beautifully appointed cottage, in a very pretty village and fantastically located to enjoy what the Peak District has to offer. We loved the property. People were shorter when the property was built 200 years ago, so some head ducking is needed when entering some of the rooms!
