Had a great time from a great base to explore the area. The cottage is very homely and clean, jacuzzi bath and kitchen are very good. Parking is a problem and had to park 3 streets away on one afternoon. I text the caretaker twice and got responses I needed within minutes so thanks. All in all a great holiday!

Really enjoyed our stay at The Chapter House. Excellently located for all Buxton's attractions and plenty of food and drink options close by. Parking was a little tight for a large car, but we managed to park outside each day. The cottage is on three levels which could be difficult for some as the bathroom is downstairs from the bedroom.

Really enjoyed our stay, ideal location, a ten minute walk into town. The cottage had everything we needed and the bed was very comfortable . We managed to park outside the cottage every day. Would recommend.

the cottage itself was nice I'm not sure how clear it was that it is three levels and basicly on the high street. it has only reasintly become dog friendly and it shows if im honest I wouldn't recommend taking a dig there.

Great location in the middle of higher Buxton. You could hear road noise as it is so close to a main road but that didnt cause any issues. Parking can be a problem as it is limited outside the property. House is clean and tidy, everything you need. As its so close to shops, pubs, restaurants and walks didnt spend much time in the house.
