We enjoyed our stay at Chapter House. It was cosy, clean and I thought the kitchen very well planned out. Ideal location for all of Buxton. The history was interesting too.

Superb location and nicely fitted out cottage. In the centre of town but still quiet in the cottage. Allows you to explore without a car. Parking can be tricky - be careful where you park towards the bottom of the hill - we got a ticket. Quite a strong smell of damp when you first enter the cottage each time, but this is not uncommon for such old bRead moreuildings. Hide

The cottage was everything, and more, that we expected. It was clean, tidy and comfortable. We particularly liked the spa bath. The cottage is well located for all of Buxtons attractions and I would thoroughly recommend staying here.

Great location for exploring Buxton and surrounding area. House on three levels with the kitchen in the basement which can be cold unless the heating is on but it is very efficient and quick to warm up. Super bath to enjoy after long walks in the Dales!
