As you enter this stunning farmhouse, the first room you will find is the elegant dining room, which features seating for up to 18 people and an eye-catching open fire making the perfect space for entertaining and celebrating. Through to the spacious kitchen, there is an electric AGA, microwave, fridge and dishwasher, plus an extra table and chairs to seat six people. Just off the kitchen there is a utility room with an additional fridge/freezer, a washing machine, and access to the downstairs shower room with WC. The lounge is light and airy with plenty of comfortable seating for up to ten people, plus there is a stone fireplace with wood burner and a TV/DVD. The conservatory is perfect for that bit of extra space, benefiting from striking, picturesque views across the countryside with doors out onto the patio. On the ground floor, you will find two of the bedrooms: one with a king size bed, and the other of which is in the former applestore and features a four poster bed. Upstairs are the other five bedrooms: there is another four-poster king-size bed, one double bed with en-suite bathroom comprising of shower over bath and WC, one twin bedroom, and two further rooms with king-size beds, both which also have two additional single beds. There are two shower rooms with a WC in each.
Outside you will find a pretty patio and garden laid to lawn, plus furniture for al fresco dining with a view, 15 acres of shared ground, and ample off-road parking.
