Situated on a working farm, down a long, well-maintained farm track, is this hidden gem. Positioned next to the owners’ home, it sits in a tranquil valley overlooking paddocks where sheep graze with a stunning backdrop of rolling hills.

This cottage is in a lovely rural setting, just off the beaten track, within the Peak District National Park. Walks can be taken directly from the doorstep and walkers and climbers will enjoy the proximity of the dramatic gritstone scenery of the Roaches. Just 1 mile away at Tittesworth Water, there are a variety of water-based activities such as kayaking, canoeing and raft building available. It is also an ideal venue for bird and wildlife watching with two hides. Leek (4 miles) is the nearest market town, ideal for everyday shopping, browsing the plethora of antique shops and a variety of markets. Alton Towers is only 15 miles away and a great fun day out for all.
