A lovely quiet place to stay in beautiful surroundings. Well off the beaten track, but that's what we like. Exceptionally clean and well equipped, extremely helpful owners nextdoor and an excellent pub for eating just a few minutes away.

A lovely, spotless and well equipped little cottage with unobtrusive, neighbouring owners. Beautiful views and lovely walks from the front door-if you can get the dog over the cattle grids! There is quite a long track from the road to the farm-low cars might struggle. We had a lovely stay but do wish we had clarified the exact dog related rules befoRead morere we arrived as these did make the week a little less relaxing than we had hoped. Very highly recommended for those without dogs though.Lovely! Hide

The property was very clean and simply beautiful. Only slight downside would be the amount of rules that we needed to follow whilst at the property. Otherwise, wonderful stay, wonderful location.

Lovely secluded cottage in the most beautiful location. It had everything we needed and was extremely well maintained. Great base for our first walking holiday in the peaks, would 100% recommend.

Really well thought out farm cottage. Excellent finish, comfortable, fab kitchen and more spacious than you'd realised. So peaceful. We loved our stay here and fell in love with the Peak District. Brilliant local pub; The Lazy Trout and great walks around the local Tittesworth Reservoir. We will definitely come back.

Highly recommended, lovely spacious cottage. Very well equipped and absolutely spotless. Extremely comfortable bed. Nice small enclosed garden which was safe for the dog. Location is remote but great for visiting all the local amenities and very peaceful. The owners were very nice and couldnt have been more helpful
