What a gorgeous house in a great location. The house is very stylish and practical with the advantage of being dog friendly. The owners have thought carefully to provide every amenity to make for a relaxing holiday.

Lovely house in a nice spot. Soon get used to tumbling river and church bells. Nice garden area when the sun shines! And hot tub really lovely! Couple of suggestions provided to enhance a stay but good value for money

We had an amazing holiday. The cottage was idyllic and the hosts were so welcoming. They even brought us flowers each week. Lots of treats for the dog as well. There was a dresser full of family board games and the peaceful garden with its waterfall and hot tub was extra special. Thank you Dave and Steph we would love to come back.

This is 2nd time we have been to this cottage and it did not disappoint. We had some lovely walks and as we were socially distancing the cottage was well catered with cooking equipment.

We had the most wonderful weekend in the Grotto House. Fabulous walks finished off with a bath and then cosy evenings by the fire in a beautiful house. We can't recommend it highly enough (and we got engaged while we were there!)

We had a great stay at the Grotto House over Christmas 2019. The location and setting was great with opportunity to access the peaks and the Sett Valley trail in easy walking distance. The house was very clean and well equipped and we would happily stay again!
