With lots to do in the area which was the hub of the industrial revolution, take a walk down the Cromford Canal or visit Crich Tramway Museum or the famous John Smedley knitwear factory mill shop.

The conservatory leads through to the spacious dining room which has a large dining table which can seat 10 people and is tastefully decorated in keeping with the properties age. The separate lounge which can seat 10 people has a large open fire set into an original Victorian fireplace giving this room an inviting ambience for those cosy nights in. The room has large windows which not only give the space a wonderful brightness, but also offer breath taking views of the landscape. The kitchen is reached up a couple of steps off the dining room and has exposed beams and an original stone fireplace making this fully equipped kitchen a wonderful space for dining at the breakfast bar. The room has an en-suite bathroom with a shower-over, toilet and hand basin making it the ideal family bedroom. There is also a main bathroom on this floor with a bath, shower-over, toilet and hand basin which ensures there are no queues for the shower in the morning.
Outside there are delightful patio areas which take in the stunning views, there is a secluded patio which is the ideal spot if you wish to hire a hot tub to make your stay extra special, from here you can take in the views across the landscape.
