In spite of the awful weather, we enjoyed our stay. Warm welcome by the owner. Cosy, but we did find bed uncomfortable. Lovely village with good access to areas around. Had meal at the local pub, but found it average / over cooked, rather than good.

A small, tidy space with all the comforts of home in a picture- postcard village. A traditional feel with a well-equipped kitchen and quirky staircase! Warm and welcoming.

Lea Cottage was a stunning little gem, its position in the village was just off of the village green. It was an amazingly quiet area, so much so we from a noisy town needed a radio on to enable us to settle down to sleep. Once we were use to the silence it was fantastic. The position of the cottage was not good for my internet connection to 3, so uRead moresing the free WiFi was a must. The village has a pub called the Bulls Head which is very much worth a visit, make sure you reserve a table. Hide
