We had a very good stay. The village is stunning! Cottage is very clean and cosy. Excellent layout for bringing our dog. He was very safe in the downstairs section. Gates had been set up. Great for families but no bath so children would have to be ok with a shower. Overall a wonderful place to stay.

This is a beautiful property, very comfortable and homely. In a fab location, so close to places of interest and 2 lovely pubs on the doorstep. Hot tub was lovely too and perfect to relax in after a long walk on the dales. Only wished we had stayed for 14 nights as 7 wasnt enough.

Within an hour or so of arriving, we felt like the place was our home. It has everything you need and was warm and cosy. It is perfectly situated to discover the South of the Peak District. We always managed to park outside the front door. A real find and probably the best property we have stayed in so far in our travels around the country.
