Ideal property for a couple visiting South Derbyshire. Well equipped including fast internet connection and all appliances you might need in the kitchen , with a comfortable living room and bedroom. Both the Coach & Horses and the Bentley Brook offer good food options within easy walking distance. The A515 is noisy at time in the bedroom but if youRead more are a sound sleeper it is not overly intrusive. Hide

This was our first holiday together and the place was perfect. Cosy log burner, pub next door and central to everything we wanted to explore. Very much home from home experience. The goats in the field next door were amusing and the local scenery was beautiful, we will defiantly be back. Very comfortable and extremely well equipped. Everything was easy to find and we were toasty warm all week. Despite being beside a busy road we did not find it at all noisy and appreciated the good access to all areas of Derbyshire that this location gave us..

Ostler's Cottage is a holiday cottage which we will definitely be returning to. It is very clean, well furnished and equipped and very cosy. Besides all that, it is next door to a lovely, friendly pub and, like the cottage, so cosy! We can also recommend the food which is a step up from pub grub and good value for money.

Loved the cottage! It was perfect for the 2 of us and the location next to the pub is great (the pub is also a great spot, ate in there twice during our stay) and the quick access to local walks is brilliant.

A cosy, but not secluded little cottage. 25 metres from busy (Quarry Lorries) A 515 road. If you are looking for quiet seclusion, keep looking. Cottage very well equipped, and pub food (5 metres away) very good.
