This studio apartment is surprisingly spacious and is filled with the owner’s collections and memorabilia. Equipped with underfloor heating throughout, you’ll be warm and cosy, whatever the weather. To one side of the flat is a king-size, handmade bed, to the other, is a well-equipped kitchen with everything you need to cook a meal. Tucked into one corner of the apartment are a cosy reading area and bi-fold doors which open onto a large, enclosed courtyard. Out here you will find garden furniture and a BBQ, the perfect spot to enjoy a glass of wine or morning coffee and listen to the trickle of the river running nearby.

Situated in the busy town of Holmfirth, you will be able to access amenities on foot. The town, best known for being the home of ‘Last of the Summer Wine’, has a wide range of shops and pubs. Head outside of the town, and into the spectacular scenery of the surrounding countryside. The edge of the Peak District National Park is around 0.5 miles where there are copious opportunities to explore. Head to Holme Moss (4.5 miles), a high moorland that offers up breathtaking views, superb walking and cycling, and has an abundance of wildlife. Winscar Reservoir is 4 miles away, a large reservoir with outstanding scenery, perfect for walking, cycling, or for those wanting to get onto the water, sailing or kayaking.

Loved our stay here, so quirky, always something to catch your eye and lovely owners. The apartment is right in the centre of Holmfirth and a great base from which to visit the surrounding area .

Beautiful apartment! Lovely hosts and a gorgeous town to visit! We had the most amazing week here! Lynn was so lovey and friendly on our arrival, the place had everything we needed, the TV let you log in to your accounts so we could have movie nights, the kitchen had everything we needed, and the local restaurant and pubs were amazing! Lovely quaint apartment brilliant for exploring the numerous walks and surrounding area. Close to centre with access to many good restaurants and bars but peaceful. Accommodation is fully of character with everything youll need for a short stay.

Lots to look at in the room its like staying in your very own antique shop but still very comfortable and cosy. Its one big room but well divided so you have a bedroom and a lounge. Beautiful outside space to sit in in the Sun
