Lovely cottage in a secluded and peaceful setting clean and very comfortable with everything you need for a relaxing stay in a beautiful part of our country. The cottage is in lovely position overlooking charming valleys the lane to the farm is quite narrow and potholed we encountered quite a few tractors and walkers most times we went out which was awkward,if you are use to the countryside lanes as we are its not a major problem. Incredible setting. Lovely hosts. Great Centre for walking. The lane is very quiet, with only the occasional car, but a bit challenging if you don't enjoy reversing. The view from the top of Wolfscote Hill is amazing.

A really good value long weekend with spectacular views in an amazing location. A 5 minute short cut to the valley below takes you on beautiful walks along the River Dove. A very relaxing place to stay. It was a long way up a single track lane, but what a view from the parking area. It was so quiet and peaceful. It is a working farm so you can expect a little activity around the place and we found that really charming. The owners are farmers and work hard, you can see them going about their work. We loved the place.
