This beautifully converted loft overlooks the nearby duck pond and mature trees for an abundance of wildlife to spot. Spend your days exploring the public footpaths that meander around the surrounding countryside enjoying the fresh country air or bring your bike along and take to the quiet country lanes on two wheels. Nearby Alton Towers offers a fun filled day out, whether it’s the thrill seeking rides, fun filled water park or relaxing spa it caters for all tastes with many events on throughout the year. Nearby popular market town of Ashbourne presents an array of independent shops, galleries and eateries to explore and the stunning countryside of the Peak District National Park awaits.

The loft is approached via a flight of stairs onto a raised decking platform with lovely views and patio doors that lead inside to the open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner. The kitchen area offers an electric oven and induction hob, and fridge with a bit of worktop space to rustle up a good breakfast which you can enjoy at the nearby extendable table. Put your feet up and curl up with a good book on the sofa or pop something good to watch on the TV. The bedroom is bright and airy with a beautiful Juliette balcony with views over the duck pond which let the light flood in and you will find the super-king-size bed hard to leave. Energise ready for the day ahead in the nearby shower room with shower WC.

Outside there is a raised decking area with seating and nearby enclosed grassy area which is perfect for exercising dogs. Head downstairs to the waters edge and you will find a summer house which is made for relaxing summer evenings watching the wildlife and enjoying the peace and tranquillity. There is off road parking for two cars.

Dogs fees are charged per dog at £20.00 for up to 7 nights, £40.00 for up to 14 nights and an additional £20.00 for every week or part week thereafter.
