Matlock bath is nestled within a beautiful wooded gorge by the River Derwent. The village boasts a plethora of attractions such as Gulliver's Kingdom and the Peak District Mining Museum or, if you are feeling more adventurous, you can ride the cable cars to the stunning Heights of Abraham where you can experience cavern tours, walking trails and a children’s playground. There are a huge array of eateries, ice cream parlours, pubs, cafes and more to explore within easy walking distance of your accommodation. The splendid Chatsworth House (8.5 miles), Haddon Hall (7.5 miles) and Crich Tramway Village (5.5 miles) are close by, or why not take advantage of good walking routes around the Derwent Valley and White Peak.

The ground-floor apartment is accessed via a flight of external steps.
