This is a lovely, cosy cottage which has been beautifully decorated. We loved snuggling up in front of the fire each night. The owners had been so considerate, getting us a high chair for our little girl, they had also bought her a toy, Halloween bucket, bath wash and plastic cutlery. The location of the cottage is perfect, near to lovely walks, BaRead morekewell and Chatsworth and Ashford in the Water itself is also very pretty, with a beautiful bridge (and lots of ducks to feed) and a lovely park! Although small this cottage was perfectly formed. It was warm cosy and in a delightful village. It was thoughtfully furnished, and had everything we needed. The basket of goodies and bottle of Prosecco was a generous and welcome gift. A point to note while we were there the shop in the village was closed, but feeding the Ducks was a real pleasure. This is such a lovely cottage. The owners went above & beyond to make us feel welcome, leaving little touches throughout the cottage, that made the stay really enjoyable.
