Beautiful setting and ideal for Peak District points of interest. Cottage on the other hand is needing care and attention in every way. Seating inside is needing restuffing or renewing, and main complaint is rainwater flowing under every door.

The accommodation is in a beautiful part of the Peak District and the view from the sitting room is truly beautiful. Tracy lives on the farm and said we could just knock on her door if we needed anything. Then, we went back to our car and found it wouldn't start. Viv was a wonderful host. No problem was a chore . Cottage very comfortable but as stated from website it is 2.3 miles to the plough pub and 3.4 miles from village which was fine walking to but up hill coming home . So you need a cab which is between 9 and 12 depending on who you call. I recommend sos cars they are very helpful and the cheapest .
