Located along a quiet lane which is popular with cyclists and wonderful walks from the doorstep. The nearby village of Hathersage offers an array of local pubs, cafes, and shops to enjoy. Head along to the popular village of Castleton and spend a day exploring the blue john mine or walking up the infamous Mam Tor. Chatsworth House and Gardens are a must see and don’t forget to pop into the delightful farm shop and stock up on local goodies.

Step into the delightful open -plan barn which has been lovingly converted to provide increased accessibility for those wanting a relaxing break. The stone floor compliments the character perfectly and is warmed with underfloor heating. The kitchen offers everything you need for a relaxing stay such as electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer and washing machine. The hob and sink are fully adjustable to alter the height if needed. Dine at the nearby dining table and plan the days activities ahead or relax in the lounge space on the comfortable seating including adjustable chair by the TV along with a pull out double bed that can accommodate an additional two guests if required. This room is complimented with floor to ceiling windows overlooking the courtyard and countryside beyond. Heading through to the inviting double bedroom where you are bound to get a good nights rest in rural tranquillity in the electric double bed, there is also a handy en suite wet-room with shower, sink and WC nearby.

Outside there is an enclosed courtyard with benches ideally situated to take in the nearby breath-taking views and off road parking for two cars to the rear of the property.

Dogs are charged at £20 each per full or part week.

A lovely, well laid out barn conversion in a great location. The hamlet is very quiet and extremely dark at night, so great for peace and relaxation. Underfloor heating meant it was warm and welcoming to come back to after a day walking.
