The Dale sits between Buxton and Bakewell, and this beautiful part of the Peak District National Park is a walkers’ and cyclists’ paradise, with a number of stunning walks straight from the door. There are numerous cycle routes including, the Tissington Trail, High Peak Trail and Monsal Trail. Historical highlights in the area include Chatsworth House, Haddon Hall, Eyam Hall, Peveril Castle and Bolsover Castle, all worth a visit.
