With a blend of antique shops, Gulliver’s Kingdom, independent shops, cafes, pubs and restaurants, there is a vibrant environment just on your door. There is Lovers Walk by the river, or for a more adventurous walk, High Tor is a steeper walk but offers stunning views. The heights of Abraham are also in this area, with a café, restaurant, and two cavern tours. Haddon Hall is just over 4 miles, with stunning gardens and the larger Chatsworth is a little further at just 6 miles, offering you a great opportunity to visit some of the stately homes in the region.
Entering into the light and pretty lounge area, with stunning teal sofas, books and games, you feel an immediate sense of comfort and the love that has been put into this space. The lounge leads into the dining room, which has a wood burner for those cosy evenings, and a reading chair provides a space away from the lounge area should anyone want to cosy up and read by the fireplace. The kitchen is quaint and well equipped, with just enough room for the head chef in the party to prepare some delicious meals.
