Spent Monday to friday at bilberry barrel. Was entranced by the view. The local countryside was amazing. And even though the weather was very changeable it just added to the amazing view from inside the barrel. Would highly recommend

Met the host who was verypleasant, taking timeto chat and explain the history and futureplans for the farm, a very friendly and approachable lady, thanks for taking the time to chat. The only thing I would suggest is maybe some sort of wind break /diffuser on the the decking between the barrel and the cowshed as the wind seemed to blow right acrosRead mores making the decking a little chilly, otherwise faultless. We totally enjoyed our weekend with you, the accommodation was beautiful and very well equipped. It was such a pleasure to wake up each morning to the cows roaming around and the dogs visiting for a fuss. We will definitely be booking again during the summer.

Really lovely break. The cabin is down a track, close to the farm house. Wonderful views across the fields, and sunsets. The bath outside is a lovely touch, after a long day walking we had a well deserved soak overlooking stunning views. Very clean and modern inside. The hosts were on hand to help us and provided the extra bed linen so we could makRead moree up the sofa bed, which I had forgotten to request, so that was very appreciated. Perfect relaxing break for my sister and I. Pubs nearby and walks. Hide
