Just had a very enjoyable week at Eldar Cottage. The cottage is well presented, fully equipped and very comfortable. Ideally located (less than 10 mins till you are on the moors. 20 mins to Sheffield city centre) Looking forward to returning

Weve stayed at Elder Cottage now 2 times and it honestly feels like home away from home. Location is perfect... away from traffic (human and cars), and everything is a very short and scenic drive away. Cottage itself is wonderfully equipped with all you could possibly want and the host ever so helpful if needed. Well definitely be back.

A lovely little cottage, in a great location....10 minutes into Sheffield, 20 mins into the peak district and great walks just outside the door. The patio is a suntrap, great for catching the late afternoon sun. Whilst we only made breakfast in the cottage, the kitchen appeared to be very well equipped.

Elder cottage is located in one of Sheffields prime locations, proximity to the city yet within easy reach and walking distance of the beautiful countryside. The cottage has been refurbished to a very high standard. We would definitely stay there again.

Friendly and welcoming owner. Cottage ideally located at the edge of Sheffield, near enough to get into Sheffield (as we needed to) and then onwards and outwards to where you want. Neat, tidy, clean and uncluttered cottage with modern decor which complements its style very nicely. Hi-light features are the folding patio doors which create a lovely Read moreextension into the outside space (a nice little sun-trap), the very well equipped kitchen and cool front room of you're not a a sun/heat fan. Cottage was really comfortable and cozy, especially with the log fire burning, and the owner was very helpful with the one slight problem we had ( central heating was far too warm for us, a bit of a luxury problem really ). The cottage was also well located, convenient for both the city and the Peak District, and with shops and pubs within easy walRead moreking distance. Our week unfortunately flew by far too quickly !
