Lovely village location with easy access to pubs that both serve good food. Good local walks and easy access to the peaks made it ideal for a family holiday.

Access for vehicles was very tricky due to narrow lanes. Also although it was stated there was parking for 4 cars it was extremely tight.

This is a beautiful village to stay in, with great walks from the front door and plenty of places to visit near by. The cottage itself is welcoming, well-equipped, clean and spacious and we appreciated the games/jigsaws that were provided. There is ample outdoor seating and space even though there is no grass area.

The cottage is very clean and comfortable and in a lovely spot. The bedrooms are spacious and there is a lot of room. Lovely cottage in a very pretty village. Spacious, comfortable rooms. As noted neighbours dog very vocal so could not let our dog in back garden. Property & garden require general maintenance looking a little worse for wear. Two good pubs in village with friendly staff. Great walks from village.

Fantastic cottage and setting. Great pub with great grub a few minutes walk away. One caveat for anyone with dogs - the neighbours Boxer dog doesn't like other dogs and can get its head and shoulders over the adjoining wall. Would be quite worrying for other dogs (and owners).
