Lovely property and suitable for a family of 6 plus 2 dogs. Views were shunning and walks aplenty. Village has a lovely farm shop and restaurant too. Lots of local pubs. Owners family were really helpful too and helped us. Hope to return in the spring time.

The cottage is lovely and in a beautiful location. The kitchen is well equipped with a large dining table. The bedrooms were a good size with travel cots available on request. Our only issues with this cottage were that towels are not provided (including hand towels) and the check in time was quite late at 4pm. But despite that our stay was very coRead moremfortable and we wished we could have stayed a bit longer to enjoy the beautiful countryside! Hide

This cottage is really lovely. Its beautifully furnished with real attention to detail and very clean. The kitchen is really well equipped with good quality cutlery and utensils etc. The location is fantastic - really peaceful! We would definitely love to stay there again.

A lovely cottage with great views. Everything very clean and wonderful beds and white bedding. Its a long way from the village so be sure to take anything you might need.

Great location, but be prepared for a long track to the property (single car width). Cottage is fairly basic, but functional. Good base for walkers.

Lovely cottage, great views, lovely walks. We had a great weekend. Only slight issue is the long narrow 2 mile drive into Hartington which with a 4 month old and a 4 year old meant we couldnt walk it. We went to Buxton for a day and Chatsworth Park Farmyard.
