Home to a fantastic selection of shops, cafes and pubs showcasing the best local produce this area has to offer, the picturesque village of Hartington 2 miles away is surrounded by some of the best walking country in the Peak District; venture south to explore Beresford Dale, Wovescote Dale and Dovedale or head north in the Upper Dove Valley to Pilsbury Castle (6.5 miles) and Crowdecote (7 miles).
