Very nice space, comfortable, clean and well equipped. Lovely views as property is in an elevated position. Access is via a fairly steep private, unlit road with a poor surface so care is needed especially at night although, this wasn't a major problem for me but it is not the easiest access. Mattock town and facilities are a 10 to 15 min walk.

Considering the rental paid (600) would have expected conditions to be immaculate

Beautiful conversion, well equipped although some appliances are a little tired now and the chopping boards were unusable. Stunning views and a great location. Provision of a dishwasher where the old fridge is located would have been welcomed.
