Holiday cottages and self-catering accommodation to rent in Youlgreve

Set between the rivers of Lathkill and Bradford, Youlgreave is an attractive village in the heart of the Peak District. Once a centre for lead minding, today Youlgreave is a peaceful spot and a haven for walkers with many circular walks right on the doorstep. There are three walking routes which pass by the village: the White Peak Way, Alternative Pennine Way and the Limestone Way. For cyclists, you will find Parsley Hay close by, where the High Peak and Tissington trails meet. Youlgreave itself a traditional village feel with rows of old cottages lining quiet streets. There’s a pub and a handful of shops too, so there is plenty to keep you busy. Take a trip to the Peak town of Bakewell too for some holiday shopping and more options for eating out.

If you are inspired to come and visit Youlgreve in Derbyshire for yourself come and browse our holiday cottages which offer lovely bases to get out and explore from. This is also a popular area for dog owners due to the countryside setting and lovely walking routes, so remember to take a look at our dog-friendly cottages too and plan a holiday for everyone to enjoy.
